Prep Notes

Things you’ll need:

Sauce Pan

Oranges and Lemons

Gelatin

Raw Honey

Optional:

Vitamin C Powder (Like, Organic Camu Camu Powder)

Vanilla Extract

Cooking Time

20 Minutes

Yields

~50 Gummies

Ingredients

1.5 Cups Juiced Citrus (Orange and Lemon) About 3 Oranges and 2 Lemons

4 Tablespoons of Plain Gelatin

2-4 Tablespoons of Raw Honey

(Optional)

Vitamin C Powder

Vanilla Extract

Directions

Pour citrus juice in small saucepan.

Sprinkle Gelatin over juice and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Allow it to get wrinkled and “bloom”.

Place saucepan on low heat, as it warms – stir in gelatin well.

Add Honey and vitamin C Powder.

Pour mixture in candy molds or a shallow baking dish.

Place in fridge until gelatin has set up (usually 2-4 hours).

Cut into small squares.

Keep refrigerated up to 2 weeks.

Notes

*Organic ingredients always recommended.

*Grass-fed and finished beef gelatin is recommended.

*I use Terra Soul Organic Camu Camu powder. It is high in vitamin C, and the powder is gently dehydrated, preserving its nutrients.
