Healthy Energy Bites

Easy and satisfying.

– 2 Cups of ground oats (pulse in the food processor until coarse flour forms)

– 2-ish TB of Coconut Oil

-2-4 TB of Nut Butter

-2-6 TB of Maple Syrup

-2 TB Cacao Powder

-Dark Cacao Nibs or Dark Chocolate Chips

* Process all ingredients in a mixer until well incorporated.

* Scoop with a large spoon or ice cream scoop onto a cookie sheet and chill in the fridge.

* Once chilled and filling firm to the touch (this helps them hold together)

* Store in the fridge and Enjoy!
