
Crispy Roasted Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 3-4 Lb. Chicken
- Avocado Oil
- Redmond's Seasoned Salt with Herbs
- Pepper
Instructions
- Rinse and Pat dry the chicken.
- Apply Avacado oil liberally, all over the skin and under the skin.
- Salt and Pepper generously.
- Place the chicken breast-side down on a roasting pan.
- Place chicken in a preheated oven of 450 F, in the middle rack.
- Roast chicken for 20-30 Minutes.
- After this time, Flip the chicken over and roast until the thick part of the breast is 130-140 F for 15-20 Minutes.
- Increase Oven to 475-500 F to roast skins until golden brown and bubbling.
- Allow chicken to roast for an additional 10-15 minutes, until temperature reaches 160-175 F.
- Allow chicken to rest for 15-20 minutes before serving.
