Slow Cooker Pumpkin Puree

The simplest pumpkin puree recipe. Set and forget!

Equipment

  • Slow Cooker

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Small Pie Pumpkin
  • 1 Cup Water

Instructions
 

  • Cut pie pumpkin in half and scrape out insides and seeds.
  • Place two halves facing down and add 1 Cup of water.
  • Place Slow Cooker on 6-8 Hrs on Low or 4 Hrs on High.
  • After Cooking scrape the insides out into a dish and allow it to cool.
  • Remove the skins.
