Slow Cooker Pumpkin Puree
- Slow Cooker
- 1 Small Pie Pumpkin
- 1 Cup Water
- Cut pie pumpkin in half and scrape out insides and seeds.
- Place two halves facing down and add 1 Cup of water.
- Place Slow Cooker on 6-8 Hrs on Low or 4 Hrs on High.
- After Cooking scrape the insides out into a dish and allow it to cool.
- Remove the skins.
