1#Ground beef, cooked into pattiesTypically makes 4 small-medium patties
1tbspItalian Seasoning
1tspChili Powder
1tspCumin
1/2tspReal Salt
1/2 tspBlack Pepper
Fry Sauce (Acts as a dressing)
1/4cupMayonaise
2tspDijon Mustard
1/2 tsp Yellow Mustard
1/2tspKetchup
Green Salad
1headRomaineAny salad mix works fine
1cupCherry tomatoes, cut in half
1/2cupDill Pickles, chopped or whole
Method
Mix together, Italian Seasoning, Chili Powder, Cumin, Salt and Pepper with beef and pat into small patties.
In a pan, over medium-high heat, brown the patties. Pressing them flat in the pan. Set aside when desired doneness is reached.
In a small bowl, combine, Mayonaise, Dijon Mustard, Ketchup and Mustard together until smooth and well incorporated.
Divide Lettuce, Tomatoes and Dill pickle between bowls and top with a pattie (or ground beef).
Drizzle on Fry Sauce before serving.
Notes
Time Saver: Brown the ground beef instead of making patties by placing ground beef mixed with spices in a pan, breaking it apart and stirring as one does for ground beef. Get Fancy: The photo of this recipe includes caramelized onions. To make this quickly, slice red onion and place in the pan AFTER browning ground beef, until it is translucent. Place onto of patties before serving.
