  • 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Real Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Fry Sauce (Acts as a dressing)
  • 1/4 cup Mayonaise
  • 2 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Yellow Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Ketchup
Green Salad
  • 1 head Romaine Any salad mix works fine
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1/2 cup Dill Pickles, chopped or whole

Method

  1. Mix together, Italian Seasoning, Chili Powder, Cumin, Salt and Pepper with beef and pat into small patties.
  2. In a pan, over medium-high heat, brown the patties. Pressing them flat in the pan. Set aside when desired doneness is reached.
  3. In a small bowl, combine, Mayonaise, Dijon Mustard, Ketchup and Mustard together until smooth and well incorporated.
  4. Divide Lettuce, Tomatoes and Dill pickle between bowls and top with a pattie (or ground beef).
  5. Drizzle on Fry Sauce before serving.

Notes

Time Saver: Brown the ground beef instead of making patties by placing ground beef mixed with spices in a pan, breaking it apart and stirring as one does for ground beef.

Get Fancy: The photo of this recipe includes caramelized onions. To make this quickly, slice red onion and place in the pan AFTER browning ground beef, until it is translucent. Place onto of patties before serving.
