Chocolate Cake Bread (Grain-Free)

Prep Notes

Bread Pan

Parchment Paper

Hand Mixer or Stand Mixer

Cooking Time

30-40 Minutes

Yields

1 Loaf

Ingredients

– 4 Eggs

– 1 tsp Baking Soda

– 1/2 Cup of Creamy Nut or Seed Butter 

– 1/3 Cup of Cacao

– 2 Bananas

Directions

– Beat eggs & Baking powder until peaks form

– Cut Banana into chunks while waiting for peaks to form

– Add Creamy Nut or Seed Butter and Mix – add Bananas 

– Mix well and add Cacao, continuing to mix well for a few minutes

– Pre-heat oven to 350 F

– Line a bread loaf pan with Parchment paper, pour in batter and Bake for 30-40 minutes (until toothpick comes out clean)

Notes

I used No Salt or Sugar Sunflower Seed Butter
