Pina Colada Popsicles

A Simple Summer Treat for all in the family!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Can sweetened, condensed coconut milk 7.4 oz can (I used Let's Do Organic)
  • 1 Can crushed pineapple (with juice) 15.25 oz can
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil This is an optional step if you are using a popsicle mold.

Equipment

  • Bowl
  • Spatula

Method
 

  1. Mix the condensed milk and crushed pineapple with juice in a bowl.
  2. Mix well, and pour into greased popsicle molds (or use small paper cups with popsicle sticks)
  3. Freeze until hardened and enjoy!
